Cookie Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This website uses a small number of cookies (little files stored on your device) to help the site work and to understand how it's used. I keep these to a minimum.
Essential cookies
These are needed for the website to function (for example, remembering your cookie choice). They don't track you and are always on.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular. This helps me improve the website.
No analytics cookies are set unless you accept them. If you decline, or before you've chosen, Google Analytics still records anonymous, aggregated measurements using Google's Consent Mode. These set no cookies, store nothing on your device and can't identify you. Accepting turns on the full analytics cookies. Either choice is fine and won't affect your use of the site.
Session insights (Microsoft Clarity)
If you accept, I also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, through aggregated heatmaps and anonymised session replays (such as general mouse movement, clicks and scrolling). This only runs after you accept — never beforehand. Clarity automatically masks text and form fields, so anything you type, including your name, phone number, email or postcode, is never recorded. It does not identify you.
Managing cookies
You can accept or decline analytics cookies using the banner shown when you first visit. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
